2.4 Metre High Railing – West London

2.4 Metre High Railing – West London

Havering Fencing has now completed one of our most challenging jobs for a considerable period of time. The project brief was an extremely challenging one due to many factors. The fence line was set on a park boundary and on an unrestricted road in a very busy part of London.

Havering Fencing had to close off the road for the duration of the works, remove a large brick wall, maintain site security at all times, erect a 2.4m high vertical bar fence on sloping ground and then repair the tarmac footpath after all of the main works had been completed.

The Havering Fencing design and management team did a brilliant job, and we completed the works well within the given timeframe. Well done to everyone involved in the project and thanks to our client for their involvement in making the project run so smoothly.

Specification: 2.4m high vertical bar railings, infilled with 22mm round bar pales, 2no 60 x 60mm MSA rails, 80x80mm SHS posts. Where gaps exceeded 100mm due to the slope we designed a 358-prison mesh panel to sit underneath the railings. Galvanised and PPC black RAL 9005.
