Harold Wood Housing Development

Harold Wood Housing Development

The country is crying out for new housing and we like to think Havering fencing have done their little bit to help out in East London.

This is a new social housing development built in Harold Hill, East London. The main contractor awarded Havering Fencing the works after a tender process, and we able to be on-site within a week as the materials required were a stock item which we hold in our depot in Collier row, Romford.

The process itself was a fairly simple one. The client requested a straight forward fence which was a 1.8m high closeboard panel fence for the internal garden areas and a high 2.1m high closeboard fence for the boundary which offers more security. There were also side gates erected between the properties.

The client set a challenging timeframe for the completion of the works and we rose to the challenge once again and we completed the works well within the given timeframe.

Specification: 2.1m high closeboard panel fencing. 300mm high trellis panel, 1.5m high closeboard panel, 300mm R/C gravel board, and 100x10mm R/C slotted posts.
